MSU SYSTEM - Information Clause
This privacy policy outlines the principles, scope, and method of collecting, processing, and using personal data, as well as your rights in this regard. Please review our privacy policy in accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
§ 1. Collected Personal Data
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, among other things, name, address, date of birth, qualifications, and any other information voluntarily provided by you in the application, on our website, in person at our offices, or by email. By submitting your personal data on our website, you automatically consent to their use in accordance with this privacy policy. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of applicable law, and their storage occurs on secure servers. The personal data submitted via the form on the landing page is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.
§ 2. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
Personal data is processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable laws, especially with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, regarding the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" or "GDPR Regulation," and in particular:
The data subject has consented to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;
Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Administrator is subject;
Processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the data subject's rights and freedoms, particularly where the data subject is a child.
Your personal data will be stored for a period ranging from 30 days to 5 years, for the time necessary to use marketing opportunities and data analysis for business operations.
The service provider is also the administrator of personal data for those who subscribe to the newsletter and those who register for webinars.
Personal data is processed:
a. in accordance with the provisions of personal data protection regulations,
b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape, modify, or terminate a contract and properly execute electronic services,
d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), provided that the processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
§ 3. Administrator of Personal Data
The Administrator of data is MSU GROUP Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Plac Piastowski 3, 85-012 Bydgoszcz.
Data may be collected during the use of the service through access log analysis and when an email is sent by the user to the Data Administrator for technical, statistical purposes, or inquiry resolution.
§ 4. Contact Information of the Data Protection Officer
The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted regarding personal data processing at iod@msu.pl.
Traditional correspondence should be sent to the Administrator's address indicated in § 3.
§ 5. Security of Personal Data
MSU GROUP Sp. z o.o. as the Data Administrator makes every effort to ensure the security of collected personal data.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the processing of personal data is conducted in accordance with the GDPR. These measures are periodically reviewed and updated. The aim is to ensure the best possible protection of personal data from unauthorized access, leakage, falsification, unlawful use, or accidental loss.
§ 6. Use of Collected Data
We do not share personal data with third parties without your prior consent, unless required by law.
Personal data is stored in a secure database to which only authorized personnel have access.
We have taken the necessary technical and organizational steps to ensure adequate protection of personal data.
Occasionally, for marketing purposes, we may send you information about our services or other information we believe may be of interest to you.
You can opt out of receiving such marketing communication at any time.
We may also process personal data after the contract is terminated or consent is withdrawn, but only for purposes related to pursuing claims or if required by national, EU, or international law.
§ 7. Rights of Data Subjects
The data subject has the right to request access to, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, or transfer of their personal data.

§ 8. Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority
Any person whose data is processed by the Administrator has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the manner and procedure provided for in the GDPR and national law.
The supervisory authority in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
§ 9. Use of Google Analytics
The MSU SYSTEM websites use Google Analytics tools. More information about the use of Google Analytics by MSU SYSTEM can be found at:

Google has developed a browser add-on to block Google Analytics tracking. This add-on communicates with the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) protocol to inform that website visit data should not be sent to Google Analytics.
§ 10. Navigation Tags
A navigation tag is a small image file placed on the website that collects specific information transmitted by the user's computer, such as IP address, time of visit, browser type, cookies installed during previous visits by the same server.
§ 11. Geolocation Tools
MSU GROUP Sp. z o.o. may collect and use data regarding the geographic location of the user's computer or mobile device to provide users with information about services that may interest them based on their location.
§ 12. Social Media Widgets and Apps
The MSU SYSTEM websites may include features that allow sharing content through third-party social media apps, such as Facebook's "Like" button or Twitter and Instagram widgets.
